CommerceOS · Pricing
Quote-based pricing, drivers published.
Fretron CommerceOS is licensed by Fretron Private Limited on a subscription, quoted per account. There is no public rate card, because what an account costs is driven by measurable things that differ by an order of magnitude between sellers. Those drivers are published in full below, so you can see what a quote will turn on before you ask for one.
The seven inputs
What a Quote Is Built From
Every CommerceOS quote is built from these seven inputs. Nothing else is priced.
| Pricing driver | What it covers and why it moves the price |
|---|---|
| Monthly order volume | Orders processed across every connected channel in a month. This is the primary driver — it sets the platform tier and the processing capacity we provision. |
| Active SKU count | Distinct sellable SKUs held on the catalog, including channel-level variants that map back to one internal SKU. Affects catalog, listing-sync and inventory-ledger sizing. |
| Number of warehouses and stock locations | Each warehouse, dark store, or third-party fulfilment location that holds stock on the CommerceOS inventory ledger. Drives WMS licensing and the allocation configuration effort. |
| Number of connected marketplaces and channels | Each sales channel connected — marketplaces such as Amazon, a D2C storefront, quick-commerce platforms, or an offline/B2B channel. Each connection carries its own sync, mapping and reconciliation surface. |
| Modules enabled | Which parts of the platform you switch on — order management, warehouse management, channel integrations, returns handling, or reconciliation. You pay for the modules you run, not the whole platform. |
| Onboarding and implementation scope | A one-time charge sized to catalog and SKU mapping, warehouse and location setup, channel connection, historical data migration, and any integration with an existing ERP or accounting system. |
| Support tier | Standard support during published hours, or an enhanced tier with a named account contact, tighter response targets, and agreed service levels. See the published contacts and escalation path on the support page. |
Structure
How a Quote Is Structured
- Recurring platform subscription — billed monthly or annually, sized on order volume, SKU count, stock locations, connected channels and the modules enabled.
- One-time onboarding and implementation fee — sized on catalog mapping, warehouse and channel setup, data migration and any ERP or accounting integration.
- Support tier — standard support is included; enhanced support with a named contact and agreed service levels is quoted separately.
Taxes apply as required under Indian law. Amazon’s own seller and referral fees, courier charges, and any third-party software you separately license are billed by those providers and are not part of a Fretron quote.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
- How much does Fretron CommerceOS cost?
- CommerceOS is quoted per account rather than sold from a public rate card, because the seven drivers listed on this page vary widely between a single-warehouse D2C brand and a multi-location brand selling across several marketplaces. Submit the quote form on this page and we return a written quote covering the recurring platform fee, the one-time onboarding fee, and the support tier.
- Is there a separate fee for the Amazon integration?
- The Amazon marketplace connection is priced as one of your connected channels under the marketplaces driver — it is not billed as a separate product. Amazon’s own seller fees are charged by Amazon directly and are unrelated to what you pay Fretron.
- How long does a quote take?
- We acknowledge a quote request within one business day. Where the drivers on the form are enough to size the account, we return a written quote within three business days. Where onboarding scope needs a scoping call first, we schedule that call inside the same window.
- Is there a minimum contract term?
- Term, billing frequency, and any minimum commitment are set in the order form issued with your quote. They are not fixed on this page because they vary with the modules and support tier selected.
- Can I start with one module and add more later?
- Yes. Modules are priced individually, so an account can start with order management and channel integrations and add warehouse management, returns, or reconciliation later. Adding a module re-quotes only that module and any change to the drivers it touches.
