This page covers the Fretron website only. Data processed inside the Fretron CommerceOS application — including information obtained from a marketplace under a seller's authorization — is governed by the Fretron CommerceOS privacy notice, which takes precedence for anything handled in that application.

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you fill out a demo request form, download a report, or subscribe to our newsletter:
- Name, work email address, company name, phone number
- Information about your logistics operations you share during demos
- Usage data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL

Data Retention
- Enquiry and demo-request records are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to manage the resulting commercial relationship — and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Website analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in the analytics tools named above.
- We do not keep indefinite archives of personal data. Where Indian tax or company law requires a specific record to be retained, we keep only that record, for only as long as the law requires.
Data Security
Traffic between your browser and this website is encrypted with TLS. Enquiry data is held in our CRM under access controls limited to the Fretron staff who need it. Security issues can be reported to support@fretron.com with SECURITY in the subject line.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, restriction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@fretron.com. We acknowledge requests within two business days and complete verified requests within 30 days, confirming in writing what was done.
