- What is Fretron CommerceOS?
- Fretron CommerceOS is a multichannel order and warehouse management platform published by Fretron Private Limited, Gurugram, India. It connects a seller’s sales channels — marketplaces, a D2C storefront, and offline channels — to one order record and one inventory ledger, and runs fulfilment from order capture through picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and settlement reconciliation.
- Who is it for?
- Indian consumer brands and sellers running fulfilment across more than one sales channel, and the third-party logistics operators who fulfil on their behalf. It is built for teams whose stock lives in one or more warehouses and who need a single available-to-sell number across every channel.
- How does a seller connect their Amazon account?
- The seller starts the connection from the CommerceOS channels screen and is redirected to Amazon’s own authorization consent page, where they sign in to Seller Central and grant access. Amazon returns an authorization code to Fretron, which is exchanged for a refresh token and encrypted at rest. Fretron never sees or stores the seller’s Amazon password, and the seller can revoke the authorization from Seller Central at any time.
- What data does Fretron CommerceOS access from a connected Amazon account?
- Listings and SKU data, orders and order line items, order status and cancellations, inventory quantities and their acknowledgements, shipment and document records, return events, and settlement and finance transaction reports. Buyer shipping addresses are accessed separately, only through Amazon’s restricted-data-token flow and only where a shipment requires it. Full detail is in the CommerceOS privacy notice.
- Is Fretron affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon?
- No. Fretron Private Limited is an independent software provider. Fretron CommerceOS integrates with Amazon’s Selling Partner API on behalf of sellers who authorize it. Amazon does not sponsor, endorse, or certify Fretron, and nothing on this site should be read as a partnership or endorsement claim.
- What does it cost?
- CommerceOS is quoted per account. The drivers that determine a quote — monthly order volume, SKU count, warehouses, connected marketplaces, modules, onboarding scope, and support tier — are published in full on the CommerceOS pricing page, along with a quote request form.
